antje dietze: i am a doctoral student in theatre and cultural studies, based in leipzig/germany. i am currently writing my phd on the volksbühne am rosa-luxemburg-platz in berlin, with special focus on stagings by frank castorf and christoph schlingensief, and theatrical responses to the transformations in the 1990s. i am occasionally also teaching and writing texts on visual artists. my research topics include ghosts, robbers, cockroaches, demons and excessive behaviour in narrative frameworks
